Volvo Cars Saint Léonard is expanding its used car department! The team is looking for a dynamic sales consultant to join its team of ambassadors.

The candidate must love new technologies and have a strong sense of customer service to ensure a service that meets the highest quality standards. He/she will use and master all the communication tools offered to customers (email, telephone, texting, etc.). In addition, we provide them with the latest tools and an optimized CRM to obtain results.

If you meet the following criteria, you are the person we are looking for!

- Strong interest in customer service to provide our customers with the ultimate experience;
- Flawless French (spoken and written);
- Functional English (spoken and written - 4/5);
- Strong listening skills to identify the needs of our customers;
- Constant desire to improve sales performance and interest in challenges;
- Organized, punctual and autonomous;
- Experience in automotive sales and knowledge of the process;
- Experience with CRM tools (an asset).
