Broke all the rules by buying a Volvo, sight unseen, and flew from Western Canada on a one-way ticket with my husband to pick it up. Not only did the vehicle meet and exceed our expectations, it was exactly as described by our sales person Behi, with whom, the service and attention to detail were extraordinary. Behi and his team made it fun for us and created an extraordinary customer experience. It was pure joy to drive our new-used vehicle back to Kelowna, from Montreal. Thank you.
