In this short instructional blog, we show you how to connect your Android or iPhone to your Volvo via the Volvo Cars application.
Recent generation = Integrated Google system
Before you start, make sure you have both keys in the car when you make the connection.
- First, you will need to download the "Volvo Cars" app from your smart device (tablet, phone, watch, etc), Google Play Store for Android users and App Store for Apple users.
- Then, launch the app and select the button being written "Create a Volvo ID."
- After entering your information, an email will be sent to you and you will have to go accept the message.
Now head to your Volvo.
- Go to the car settings: Profiles > Volvo On Call device.
Now just follow the steps on the screen to finalize the connection.
